The movement to chip away at the moral fiber of the family, marriage, and religious and Christian-based institutions bit by bit is the work of a master, Satan. Satan is good at his job. He goes about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he can devour. Unfortunately, man believes he is in the driver’s seat. But in actuality, he is being taken for a ride. And like little children, he falls asleep in the “quiet noise,” arriving at destinations without a clue how he got there. I watched the movie Jurassic Park (1993) a few years back and remembered how the dinosaur, the T. rex, was depicted as smart and cleaver—seeking weak spots in the electric fence. This movement has been waiting for its chance to escape from the dark closet with no fear of God—shaking its fist in His face. It has spent years (quiet noise) softening up the conscience of America through situation comedies, soap operas, and movies establishing bleeding hearts for tolerance and acceptance as a sect of people who wanted love, happiness, and freedom to be seen as normal just like you and me in their unnatural/alternative lifestyles. And for the most part, America has bought into the agenda and defends the LGBT movement. They have been lobbying and becoming poll worthy in political campaigns, silently working their way into key positions while most of America slept and many still sleep—unaware of what is happening in the USA today, morally speaking.
Rather than fully embracing the arguments made by Windsor and the United States, the Supreme Courts strikes down section 3 of DOMA as a classification not properly supported by its objective. This is because the Supreme Court believes that section 3 encroaches upon the States’ sovereign prerogative to define marriage. And since their view of section 3 of DOMA is about encouraging states not to accept same-sex marriage and states recognizing marriages of same-sex couples from other states and keeping the federal law definition of marriage between a male and female of the opposite sex, where the word, “spouse” means such, thus making federal benefits unattainable for same-sex unions, this congressional action to strike down section 3 of DOMA puts states in the driver’s seat, constitutionally. DOMA will be unable to influence the decision-making process in the matter on a state-base. The Supreme Count explanation for this—in their view—DOMA was in violation of the Fifth Amendment stating it, “singles out a class of persons deemed by a State entitled to recognition and protection to enhance their own liberty,” and “imposes a disability on the class by refusing to acknowledge a status the State finds to be dignified and proper.”142 17 Cite as: 570 U.S. (2013) Alito, J., dissenting.
Justice Samuel Alito (Dissenting)
“In any event, §3 of DOMA, in my view, does not encroach on the prerogatives of the States, assuming of course that the many federal statutes affected by DOMA have not already done so. Section 3 does not prevent any State from recognizing same-sex marriage or from extending to same-sex couples any right, privilege, benefit, or obligation stemming from state law. All that §3 does is to define a class of persons to whom federal laws extend certain special benefits and upon whom federal law imposes certain special burdens. In these provisions, Congress used marital status as a way of defining this class—in part, I assume, because it viewed marriage as a valuable institution to be fostered and in part because it viewed married couples as comprising a unique type of economic unit that merits special regulatory treatment. Assuming that Congress has the power under the Constitution to enact the laws affected by §3, Congress has the power to define the category of persons to whom those laws apply.
For these reasons, I would hold that [section 3] §3 of DOMA does not violate the Fifth Amendment.”143 Justice Alito authored dissenting opinions, which were joined by Antonin Scalia, Clarence Thomas, and Chief Justice John Roberts.
All Men Are Created Equal
How true—all have sinned and have come short of the glory of God. And all will have to repent and obey God. Yes, all men are equal. In the news article by Adam Liptak in the February issue of the New York Times, a correction was made in attributing the phrase “‘all men are created equal’ to the Constitution, though it is in the Declaration of Independence.”144 In June 2013, the Supreme Court ruled that same-sex married couples should be recognized as legal unions and that federal benefits be extended as in heterosexual unions between a man and women. Since this time, June 2013, federal judges in Oklahoma, Utah, and Virginia, where same-sex unions were barred, now honor same-sex marriages. The article mentioned that supporters of same-sex marriages have been winning in their fight or plight in state courts and in state legislatures. The article by Liptak quoted a law professor at Northwestern, who in his opinion believes that rapid changes in public opinion are playing a part in the momentum and winning streak the gay movement is experiencing in America, and the professor feels that if judges rule against same-sex marriages, their grandchildren will see them as bigots. Really? Wouldn’t it be better if their grandchildren saw them as men fearing and loving God? Better yet, does the law professor at Northwestern believe that God, who made man upright and tells man how to live and walk before Him, is a bigot? He can look that up in his law books or try looking it up in the Bible, the law of God. You can bet that not any of his law books are as old or binding on man as the Bible, the word (law) of God. Mr. Liptak wrote, “The judge who struck down Virginia’s ban on same-sex marriage, Judge Arenda L. Wright Allen of Federal District Court in Norfolk, relied heavily on the Supreme Court’s decision in June in United States v. Windsor, which ruled that the federal government must provide benefits to same-sex couples married in states that allow such unions.” The article mentioned that Supreme Court Judge Scalia, who dissented in Windsor, declared that anyone opposing same-sex marriage was an enemy of human decency. The Supreme Ruler and Creator of man says in His Holy Word that those who fail to speak out against sin is an enemy of God. The scriptures warn against calling good, evil and evil, good. See Isaiah 5: 20−23. Consider anal or anus (where the stool passes out the body) sex and lewd acts; did we miss something here? Is there a second definition to decency we haven’t been made aware of? There is no life in defecation or feces and the human waste area; the area that voids toxic and potentially disease prone matter. God gave life, reproduction, and fruitfulness upfront, upright; it’s a commandment. Science has discovered that from the upfront stuff, man can use the stem cells from the embryonic cord to help save lives. Has science discovered any life-giving properties from the anus and what is expelled? Any decent stuff to use? Agricultural crops contaminated by human and animal waste (bacteria in the intestines of humans and animals) can cause outbreaks of food-borne illness, such as E. coli (Escherichia Coli). HIV/AIDS gripped this country and helped spread internationally from homosexual activities. Judge Arenda L. Wright Allen of Virginia quoted Justice Anthony M. Kennedy’s opinion about states’ roles in defining marriage. “Notwithstanding the wisdom usually residing within proper deference to state authorities regarding domestic relationships,” Judge Wright Allen wrote that prompt action from the courts was required. “When core civil rights are at stake,” she said, “the judiciary must act.” She drew on other parts of Justice Kennedy’s opinion, and she had plenty to work with. Treating same-sex marriages differently from others, he wrote, “demeans the couple, whose moral and sexual choices the Constitution protects, and whose relationship the state has sought to dignify. and it humiliates tens of thousands of children now being raised by same-sex couples.”(Windsor, supra, at , 133 S. Ct.2675, 186 L.Ed. 2d at 828)

What a Pickle We Get Ourselves in When We Think We Are More Righteous Than God!
An article written by Adam Liptak February 2014 brought to light a very interesting gauge of man’s morality. “Public opinion in 1967 was strongly against interracial marriage, while most polls show that a rapidly growing majority of Americans support same-sex marriage.”[Adam Lipak https://www.nytimes.com/2014/02/15/us/politics/a-steadypath- to-justices-as-gay-marriage-gains-momentum-in-states.html]
It only goes to show how far man has moved away from God. Removing the ancient landmark of decency and morals and being defiant toward God’s commands will only bring wrath on America. “The princes of Judah were like them that remove the bound: therefore I will pour out My wrath upon them like water” (Hosea 5:10). Interracial marriage isn’t an abomination, but the practice of men lying with men as with womankind is. One thing God didn’t want was Jews marrying nations that didn’t know or honor God and would take their hearts away from Him. It makes one wonder who these Americans in the polls are. Are they recent to America, new Americans who know nothing of our forefathers and the founders/framers of our Constitution? Are they naturalized citizens from countries where God isn’t whom they trust? If one would search history, he or she would find that dynasties and kingdoms fell from trouble within and not so much from enemies without. While we shake our fists in God’s face from within, who is watching the city? Is it the military? “Except the Lord keep the city the watchman watches in vain” (Psalm 127:1). How far will we move away from the boundaries God set in place? When the enemies are at the gate, will God hear us when we call on Him to bless America? Have we gone too far? What is left is just the handwriting on the wall for America. That is pride before destruction. America, turn your course.
There are many lesser factions (less militarily prepared in our “intelligent” view) and countries ready to take on America. They could very well be our version (twenty-first century) of fire and brimstone. Our strength is in the One who keeps the city, not the watchmen or military might. Let’s keep ourselves in a position to call on God. “God, bless America!” And He will hear. What military arm of government was watching the Pentagon, the twin towers, and the airspace over New York on 9/11? Within a twinkling of an eye, what we know as America can change. Trust God to keep America from ultimate annihilation. Despite its (“hellrific”) beginnings for many, America didn’t happen by accident. It was the providence of God that set America up as a beacon to the world to look to the God of heaven. Many missionaries have gone out from America, spreading the gospel of the New Testament, Christ, the Son of God, to nations plagued by pagans and idol worshippers. In many times and instances, Christ isn’t the center of faith and practice. Women, girls, and children are treated poorly. Now that we have come to trust in our own military might and intellectual thinking above and beyond God, we have fixed ourselves to be more righteous in judgment than God. It’s foreigners or nationalized American citizens who dictate to America whether they want to pledge allegiance to the USA flag and trust in God, for which we, the people, stand or pray to God in our pastime sporting events and in our schools. Take away our God; take away our America. We need only to look to the Tower of Babel and see how God broke that little party up. Men were scattered throughout the world, basically starting from scratch to rebuild; communication was brought to a halt. See Genesis 11:1–9. Joseph was placed in a pit (a “hellrific” position) by his brothers, but it was due to the providence of God that he rose to greatness and saved Israel. America should be, because of its blessings, an example to the rest of the world to follow almighty God in morals and conduct, but it has made a turn down a dark past after the likes of Sodom and Gomorrah. After the Supreme Court’s ruling or tampering with God’s marriage plan for man, the portal /wormhole was opened. Darkness (evil spirits) was allowed to enter this hemisphere, causing Americans to be in an uproar in our civilized duty toward each other. It shows its ugly head/ side again, from the lewd and baser sort all the way up to the White House. “Righteousness exalts a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people” (Proverbs 14:34). Spirits are darker than before; when in history has America lost so many children (innocents) to school shootings? Were the kids led in prayer that morning? Were they allowed to place their hands over their hearts and pledge allegiance to the flag of the USA? And acknowledge that we are one nation under God, and in God we trust?

Marrying and Given into Marriage (Twenty-First Century Homosexual Marriage)
“For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be” (Matthew 24:38–39).
“At present, no one—including social scientist, philosophers, and historians—can predict with any certainty what the long-term ramifications of widespread acceptance of same-sex marriage will be” (Judge Alito dissenting). James Obergefell v. Richard Hodges. 576 U.S. (2015) (Alito, J., dissenting).
The scriptures tell us what the long-term ramification will be for same-sex marriage. The Old Testament was written for our learning (Romans 15:4). The question is, Did we learn anything from the account of Sodom and Gomorrah? Are we willing to take God out of America and see what the ramifications will be? Will God find twenty, ten, five, or only one righteous person and spare the city, country, and nation? While we are focusing on the gays, God is looking at the one who declares himself to be righteous to step up or speak up and stand in the gap. If it’s not homosexuality, then it’s bestiality or something else. Will God find one person in America to speak out against harm to the church, family, and His blessings to the marriage union—children (His heritage or reward)? See Psalm 127:3, Proverbs 22:6, and Ephesians 6:4.
The most high God rules in the kingdom of men. Our pride has lifted itself against the God of Heaven. Like Belshazzar, son of Nebuchadnezzar, who took and used the vessel from the temple of Jerusalem (belong and sacred to God) for his own cause, gays are using the fruit of the womb (God’s heritage—what belong to God) for their own cause. Will America stand tolerantly by and see the writing on the wall: MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARIS? Are our days as a nation numbered? America, let’s not find ourselves weighed in the balance and found wanting toward God. Repent. See Daniel 5.
